Project 1000 is a national initiative designed to train and employ unemployed Namibian youth in the rapidly growing global digital economy. Through practical training in AI, data labeling, and digital services, the programme equips participants with the skills needed to access remote digital work opportunities with local and international companies.
The programme aims to create 1,000 digital jobs across Namibia, helping young people gain valuable work experience, build careers in technology, and participate in the global digital marketplace.

Who Can Apply?
Project 1000 is open to unemployed youth aged 18–35, including:
