Benguela Ecosystem
In collaboration with the GIZ Make-IT in Africa and MARISMA programs, Impact Tank undertook an extensive research endeavor focused on catalyzing sustainable growth within the Benguela region's ocean economy. Spanning across Angola, Namibia, and South Africa, this initiative sought to leverage the region's marine resources while ensuring environmental preservation.

Country Strategic Plan Development for the World Food Programme
In 2024, Impact Tank facilitated the World Food Program (WFP)'s pivotal 5-year Country Strategic Plan Workshop in Namibia. Through our expertise in interactive workshop methodologies and strategic development, we provided advisory support to WFP's new strategy, which introduces an innovative and sustainable approach to food systems development, emphasizing economic sustainability, strategic partnerships, and forward-thinking innovation.

National Digital Strategy
Impact Tank was commissioned by the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology (MICT) to develop Namibia’s first com- prehensive National Digital Strategy (NDS) for the period 2025- 2029. This initiative aimed to create a strategic roadmap to realize a future where the benefits of digitalization extend across the nation in the next five years, bridging the digital divide, promoting digital lit- eracy, providing access to citizen-centric digital public services, and creating greater economic opportunities for all Namibians.
