ElevateNamBiz! is a 14-month flagship initiative designed to unlock the potential of Namibia’s micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) sector by providing practical, targeted support across all stages of business development. The program seeks to strengthen the country’s entrepreneurial ecosystem through two complementary cohorts; nurturing emerging entrepreneurs while accelerating the growth of established MSMEs.

Participants receive structured training and are supported in accessing paid project-based work opportunities after completing the program.

Who Can Apply?
Project 1000 is open to unemployed youth aged 18–35, including:
